Recently, the first 12,500‑DWT international‑voyage chemical and oil tanker built by Linhai Huipu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for Malaysia’s MTT Group was successfully launched, with design review and construction inspection carried out by the China Classification Society (CCS).

On August 10, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Anhui Hailida New Energy Methanol Supply System Project was successfully held. Song Pengcheng, a member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Coal Chemical Industrial Park; Zhang Xinmin, Director of the Bureau of Economic Development; Wang Tao, Director of the Bureau of Construction and Development; Xue Jie, Director of the Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion; and Chen Kai, General Manager of Anhui Juruong Construction Investment Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony.

The 15,000-ton methanol‑only‑fuel‑powered river‑sea direct‑service vessel “Innovation 22” has completed its sea trials.

On August 13, 2026, the “Innovation 22” made its maiden voyage, marking the fourth 15,000‑ton class methanol‑only‑fuel‑powered river‑sea direct‑service bulk carrier following the “Innovation 19,” “Innovation 20,” and “Innovation 21.” The vessel’s inaugural voyage proceeded smoothly, and it has now been successfully put into service. As the supplier of the methanol fuel‑supply system, Hailida wishes the “Innovation 22” calm seas and a safe journey ahead.
