Working principle of the ChaiShen No. 1 series new‑generation nebulizer:
It consists of a feed unit, a primary atomization chamber, a secondary atomization chamber, a computer control unit, a display screen (optional), AC and DC power supplies, a discharge unit, and a signal transmission unit. The atomized raw material is automatically fed into the atomization chamber, where it undergoes high-speed cutting, grinding, and atomization, enabling the uniform mixing and atomization of agents, water, and oil. The atomized mixture is then automatically delivered to the internal combustion engine for use. In the operating principle of this new-type atomizer, two key features are clearly demonstrated:
1. The entire machine’s operation is fully automated, ensuring precise timing, accurate feed rates, and a continuous, stable atomization process.
II. High-speed cutting, grinding, and atomization ensure that the molecular structure of the atomized liquid is uniform, fine, and stable, enabling the atomized oil to be used at an optimal temperature of 60–90°C.
Under the control of the computerized control unit, oil, water, and additives are automatically mixed and atomized according to preset ratios. The resulting atomized diesel undergoes downstream processing—such as viscosity reduction and ignition‑point enhancement—via a feed‑in device, before being continuously delivered to the diesel engine for combustion. The entire process is fully computer‑controlled, requiring no manual intervention. Equipped with an early‑warning system, the equipment provides real-time monitoring from material intake to output. In actual operation, should any abnormality occur, the system automatically and seamlessly switches the atomized diesel to the pure diesel line while displaying the fault location on the screen; the system then shuts down automatically and resumes operation once the issue has been resolved, ensuring uninterrupted normal use by the user.
